Given the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact the virus is having on our communities, customers, employees and families, we would like to take a minute to share our business continuity commitment with you.

ISL has set up a task force of senior staff and is closely monitoring the fast-moving events concerning Coronavirus. We are following advice from Public Health England (PHE) and the UK Government. Our overriding aim is to continue to provide services without jeopardising the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners.

We currently assess the direct impact to our services as low and expect to be able to continue delivering the same level of service excellence. Please contact us via the usual digital channels.

Availability of our Team

All our staff now have the capability to work from home offices as their principal place of work. Internal, supplier and customer meetings are now virtual using established digital tools. Work based travel is limited.

Availability of our Hosted Software

For our external technical service providers, such as cloud infrastructure vendors, we partner with enterprise-grade organisations who are ahead of the curve in best-practices during this outbreak so we do not anticipate any significant decline in availability.

We recognise that the situation regarding the outbreak may change and are taking steps to manage any increased risk. We will update you again should we feel there may be any change in the delivery of our services as a result of Covid-19.

We wish you, your colleagues and family all the best during these challenging times.

Regards,

Alan Paget

Managing Director
